Jake Norris is recognized as one of the pioneers of the craft spirits and micro distilling revolution. His work as a consultant has taken him across the country, designing distilleries, writing recipes, designing production, troubleshooting and training the next generation of craft distillers with an eye on ethical practices. While Jake is focused on whiskies, he has extensive experience in the production of vodka, gin, rum, agave spirit, as well as brandy and cordials.
