The primary ingredient in spirits manufacturing in the US is grain. The primary industry in Iowa is grain production. So Iowa is a perfect home for distilleries.Yet we still import most of our spirits from other states. We'd like to change that. We have the finest ingredients in the owrld in our own backyards. Now we are looking forward to building Iowa's reputation as a place with the finest spirits in the world.
