Family owned distillery that specializes in our till, mill, distill philosophy. We grow all of the ingredients onsite, and what we can't grow - we locally source. We are owned by a brother & sister team with their spouses, and we are the only four employees. We have a great local lore centered around the Wildcat Cave on our property that focuses on Bonnie & Clyde hiding out in our cave that also had a prohibition era speakeasy on top. The land has been in our family for three generations, and we continue to live & work here, and share our love of the land through the whiskey we grow & make onsite, although we have plans for an offsite tasting room soon.
