Waikulu Distillery

Waikulu Distillery is a Farm to Bottle producer of spirits made from blue agave (agave tequiliana). Every portion of the process is hand-crafted in small batches on our farm, from growing, harvesting and processing, to the distilling, bottling, and labeling. Makawao is proving to be the ideal growing environment for blue agave, as our plants are twice as sweet and 3-4X larger than in Mexico.
