The distillery opened a year after the brewery, in August 2020. We craft single malt whiskey, vodka and gin from barley grown and malted right here in Skagit Valley. Using the same philosophy as we do with our beer and cider, we source local ingredients to create liqueurs and bitters that are used in our cocktails. We are currently growing a variety of native plants, such as juniper, flowering currant, and spruce on our 5 acres to be used in future spirits and liqueurs. Our distillery tasting room, the Speakeasy, features our take on classic cocktails, as well as seasonally-inspired creations made with our spirits.
