Rockfilter Distillery

After flying F-18's off aircraft carriers for 12 years, Christian decided to move back to the 350-acre family farm which produces organic wheat, rye and corn for a variety of whiskeys. Milling is done at the 100-year-old Schech's Mill in nearby Beaver Creek. Mill is powered by a turbine turning French grinding stones.
