Before the amalgamation of spirit production in Canada, small distillers produced rye grain based spirits that became famous across North America and the World. These distilleries used locally sourced ingredients to create high quality products with a distinct essence and appeal. We are reclaiming the tradition and using 100% BC Rye Grain to handcraft Rye Whisky, Gin, and Vodka. As we grow, the expressions of the rye grain and exploration of this amazing ingredient, our collection will expand to include a wide range of spirits, bitters and liqueurs!
