A. Davis Distillery is excited to bring the first micro-distillery and cocktail lounge to New Hope, MN! We are proud to be a family owned and operated business from the New Hope/Crystal area. With our local roots, we are bringing a “home town” understanding of what our neighbors are looking for when they would like a night out. We use our own distilled spirits (gin, vodka and rum) to create hand-crafted cocktails for enjoyment in our lounge and outside patio.
