Njoy Spirits Distillery

NJoy Spirits Distillery is an 80 acre farm/distillery growing sugarcane for Mermaid Rum and rye grain for Wild Buck Whiskey; located in the Chassahowitska Wildlife Management Area GPS Address: 13243 Commercial Way Brooksville, FL 34614 - This is the only access to distillery. Because our distillery is in the Chassahowitska State Park folks visiting the distillery are not required to pay the daily park fee. Tours available Sat & Sun only 11-6 pm (no reservation required).
