Narin Distillery is a small local specialty brewery and distillery in Gyeongsangbuk-do, which was established based on, Korea Suul Institute, a non-profit corporation under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. At Narin, we brew our makgeolli by hand adhering to the thousand-year-old Korean Suul brewing method. Using our delicious makgeolli as the base, we distill our soju using sojugori, an ancient distillation apparatus. Through Narin Distillery, we hope that authentic Korean Suul made with Korean forest and agricultural products will be widely known worldwide.
