Hobsons Distillery is a small enterprise located in Hobsons Bay locale of Melbourne, Australia. Our spirits are hand crafted using pot stills and with an emphasis on minimising our footprint on the environment. Hobsons manufactures gin and rum based spirits. Our aim is to change the perception of rum within Australia and demonstrate rum can be a well crafted spirit that can enliven the senses like a fine whiskey
