All of our spirits (our gins, vodka, whiskies - the whole lot) are made from nova scotian-grown grains, as well as other raw ingredients like sugar and molasses. Locally-sourced botanicals, like juniper, cucumber, butterfly pea flower and ginger, create a striking palette within our gin recipes. Between sourcing ingredients and development - the process is a lot of work, but it's worth it!
