Chattermark was founded as a “grain to glass” back to basics whiskey distillery. As Boston’s only rye and bourbon distiller, we fostered relationships with local New England farmers to source premium grain and produce everything on site – turning bushels of fresh grain into superb spirits – as only a true grain to glass distiller could do. We do not source any neutral grain spirit and pass it off as our own. We find and source the best quality ingredients, then patiently mash, ferment and distill using classic techniques in the finest equipment. We then allow each spirit to gently age in the highest quality air seasoned barrels, embodying process into product as boldness and clarity pair with elegance and strength.
