Blackhat Distillery is a craft distillery located in the historic Alexander building in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We specialize in distilling American Agave spirits from real Blue Weber agave, and offer several varieties due to our unique aging program. We also do private label contracts and have a whiskey barrel pick program for those that want to partner with us to make their own incredible spirits.
