Doug and James Quade, father and son team, own and operate Antler Run Distilling. We are a grain to glass farm distillery. We use 100% New York State grain. All but our malted barley is purchased locally in near by Penn Yan. The malted barley is secured from farms all across the Finger Lake region. Both of us have been close and have enjoyed many hobbies together including hunting, fishing and golfing. We also shared the hobby of home brewing beer. This last hobby evolved into distilling spirits. We decided in 2017 to bring Antler Run Distilling to life and share our passion. We opened our doors in May 2019.
