We started out in the garage with a little still and a big dream. For years, we learned the craft and acquired the right equipment. Along the way, we worked with the city of Tampa on zoning to allow craft distilleries. After much success, we set out to open the first craft rum distillery in Tampa. Our dream is now a reality!
