8 Shires Distillery is a small craft distillery in the Historic Triangle of Williamsburg Virginia. Our mission at 8 Shires Coloniale Distillery is to research, preserve, teach, and present the history of distillation from the Colonial American Period, the years 1578 – 1797. Our spirits are hand-crafted using historic recipes and ingredients of the 17th and 18th century.
